I have been a runner for 25 years but age, weight gain and flat feet threatened my training program with pain radiating down my feet to the balls of my feet and hit a point , which forced me to run and even walk more than half a mile. The effect of these shoes was almost magical. My leg pain lessened within the first week and then disappeared. I started running two miles a day, then three, and a month later I started running again - painlessly. Now, six months later, they are wearing well and I no longer have the foot problems I had before. Big fan.
