Terrible contact with customer service.
The towel rails look great. I have ordered 2 of these. The tiny set screw that attaches the rod to the wall bracket has snapped off one of them. I can't pull it out. Tried twice to reach Moen by phone. I was told the waiting time in the queue would be 1 hour 11 minutes. I left my number and they promised to call me back. It never happened. I tried again after 2 hours said 1 hour 8 minutes and it didn't work. I then tried emailing them as suggested on the phone, the page would not open. So much for their customer service! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
