Very tight but fits well.
This works very well as it is the perfect height. It's also very durable so my neck alignment isn't disturbed when the person on the other side of the bed moves. It takes a while to fit you every time you lay down, which tells me it holds its shape well. I might like more distance between slopes, but overall this is the best pad I've used to maintain alignment in years.
