There are different sets available, and the image of the set I chose matched the items I received.I ordered the set so I could have different sizes, and color options as well as all plastic incase needed.I was very surprised that after having my piercing for over 20 years with no issues, within a few days of wearing one of these pieces my piercing area turned red and was very sore to the touch. I sterilized prior to wearing and that did not appear to keep this from happening. I don't have any other jewelry allergy, nor have I reacted to anything like this before. I am going to see if I can return the set because I can not wear them now. I tried for a week and a half, using antibiotic soap daily to try to clear the infection and nothing has worked. Hopefully it goes away now that I am no longer wearing this item.
