This support is amazing! 3 of the 4 racks that came with my 2 sets I ordered were great! But the 4th had the smallest peak on the rack ramp. It's pierced with every soda I can put on it. I messaged the company and they responded immediately, asking for pictures to show them the problem and then offering to ship a replacement kit straight away. They made it easy for me and got 5 stars for fixing the class issue. In addition, the assembly is very easy, it is very strong and stable, whether you use plastic parts to fix it or connect them together instead. It helped organize our mess of can crates that were fragile and dirty. Great product and the price is right for what it is. Some of them are listed as expensive that I don't think they should cost much more. The super cheap ones seem to be falling apart too. I would order this again and if you are interested you should. And if you have a problem, before contacting the Revains call center, contact the company. They are really responsive and awesome! (This was an unpaid review - a totally honest purchase)
