This was the first time I used a medium other than ultra-fine tip pens for my adult adventures. I love this hobby and I like to try different methods. When I received these pens in this beautiful case, I was surprised at first how many colors and shades fit in the case. Plus, each pen is so well made and feels so good; I wanted to try them right away. It was quite difficult for me to control the use of the pen tip with a brush at first, but I liked the effect of using it both alone and with markers. On the other end of the pen, I found that some of them didn't give off enough color and were difficult to use; I had to press too hard and sometimes even tear through the paper. Overall these pens are a winner for me as I enjoy deciding if there is any real artistic skill in these hands. :) Many thanks to the owners for such a quick and great service!
