Surprisingly large for my opinion

I am 5'1" and 115" but with swimwear and undergarments I usually need a medium rather than a small. With that in mind I went for the medium, but this swimsuit must run large because it was literally falling off me (which never happens). It's really cute, seems high quality - but I guess just take into consideration that it seems to run a bit bigger than expected. I am returning it because I wouldn't be able to use it, it's that big on me.
