Much smaller than I expected. It's ok for SM size but not sure if I can use it on someone larger. I tried it on my husband's trapeze (large men's size) and it wasn't comfortable. The scratch edges are smooth, but the spots you pick up are a bit sharp and uncomfortable. My fingers got pinched slightly when I changed the angle. No scratches remained. Overall this is a well weighted stainless steel tool but definitely not one for the feet and I personally think the advertising is misleading. It also tired my hands in fifteen minutes due to the poorly designed shape in the middle and probably just the size. I wouldn't take this to a clinic and use it on my clients.
