The ability for users with different expertise levels can contribute in their own way without having to be experts themselves.
Also it's very easy to set up new campaigns or tasks which makes collaboration easier than ever before! It would also help if we could create sub-boards within our main board so as not have duplicate information floating around when working together remotely.
