The way it integrates with our CRM is great! It's easy to use (and we've only been using it about 3 weeks).

I wish there was more flexibility in terms of how you can set up different pages/views within one account - but that may be something they're working out as well? Would love if this could integrate into Salesforce or HubSpot instead so all three systems are linked together seamlessly; however at least now when someone signsup through an external website like ours their contact details get automatically added too which has helped us immensely since before signing people had no idea who else worked here etc., therefore making onboarding much easier & quicker than previously possible :) Great product overall- would highly recommend them especially considering what other companies have said regarding ease of integration wtih existing platforms such as SFDC /Hubspot! Our team members were able to easily upload photos from Instagram directly onto tickets without having any issues doing anything technical whatsoever. This.
