ok I felt a lot of reviews were misleading. First of all - this is a regular mirror. Nothing crazy. Very wide and this light is more for SHOW than lighting. They don't glow. If you already have good lighting, this is a good mirror for you - maybe just a slight boost of natural light. Second, their customer service is impeccable. Since purchasing the product I've already received an advance email with product tips and lots of reassurances that I can contact them if this isn't the case. I adore the woman who owns the company named Karin who has a personal touch on everything. It makes me feel like a special customer and if I have a problem I will surely fix it. Again, the product costs $16. You know what you're getting. It's great for this price. Great mirror!
