I had a problem with the driver's seat on a 2020 Toyota Highlander, very uncomfortable. I went through the usual channels at my Toyota dealer and notified Toyota of North America. I have been told at all levels that the seat is working as intended. I returned to the Toyota dealer four times with the same complaint. Mind you, this was my 40th Toyota I've bought from the same franchise. I have previously owned a 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 Highlander, all in limited trim.
