I noticed that other reviewers are not entirely familiar with KimWipes and have written their reviews based on their expectations based on the paper products you are using find in grocery stores. Instead of "fine wipers" they should be. Here's the tl;dr version: These are small, single-ply, lint-free wipes designed for cleaning glass, metal, and ceramic surfaces, and KimWipes is the gold standard for this purpose. If you studied chemistry, biology, or an optical lab, you would probably recognize these wipes as lint-free wipes for cleaning lenses, slides, glassware, etc. I also like to use them at home (and not only for my telescope! ). However, remember that according to the description on the packaging, these are wipers for delicate work. These are excellent lint free wipes for cleaning the glasses and screens of your devices. I also use them with some citric acid or vinegar to remove hard water stains on ceramics, cutlery and glasses. They are very useful for cleaning jewelry and other small and intricate parts. If you need to clean an area that is too small to fit a cotton swab, you can twist the KimWipe firmly around a corner or edge to get to that area. They're definitely intended for lab use, but I've come across many situations where they're very useful at home.
