So my kid broke the mask and I just threw it away. I added this information to my review and the company contacted me to provide information on the packaging but unfortunately I throw it away very quickly. I thanked the company for contacting them but informed them that I no longer have the packaging or the mask and decided that was the end of it. After a day or two I was told that they had refunded me the money I paid for the mask even though I had no information about the package or anything. You did the right thing without asking me. Excellent customer service I have experienced, very likely will do business with them again. I mean nothing is perfect maybe I have a broken mask or my kid is very strong haha anyway I am very happy with my experience with the company.
