I bought this keyboard and case for my Tab A 10.1 in March 2020. It basically allowed me to type messages with one touch, as if I was working on my laptop. But what makes me give Chesona 5 stars is the customer service I received. In early March 2021 I was refused the keys. Knowing that the manufacturer's warranty was almost expired, experience taught me that I was out of luck. I found a support email and informed them of my issue. They were polite and quick to respond, just asking for a video showing the issues I was having. To my delight and surprise, I was immediately offered a replacement keyboard, which arrived in less than a week. Excellent customer service. I am very satisfied with Chesona's willingness to solve my problems. The keyboard and case are solid, the cutouts match those of the Tab 10.1 A 2019 exactly, and the tablet stays securely in the case. The keyboard charges quickly and lasts almost a week of continuous use. I can highly recommend the product and would recommend or buy it again at any time!
