I couldn't believe the quality of these bags when I received them. Really thought they were flimsy and don't last very long. They are made of very high quality silicone. I should warn you that when you first open the box they smell strong, but to be honest I just took them out of the main box and left them overnight. These are great bags and I will be ordering more sets for my sisters for Christmas. I think they are worth it. I don't think you will be disappointed with these bags. I am so thrilled with the size of the gallon. I used the two smaller sizes and can put the chopped red peppers in the small bag (green lid) and half the large cauliflower in the middle bag (yellow lid). Order these bags. You will love them.
