10-11 is really low in my rating.
The 10-11 year old order was super short to the waist. Daughter is 8 years old, she wears a size 7/8, is 43 inches tall and the dress is waist length. I ordered size 2-3 for 18 months and this fits perfectly.

- I ordered 3 champagne dresses, they sent 3 pink dresses. The dress was very well made, but it was the wrong color.
