I ordered the exact same cap for a friend's themed birthday a few years ago to make a sports team cap. We used a paper press print and the hat has come out fantastic and fits well and although my husband hasn't worn it in a couple of years it has recently returned to his rotation. Since then we have been into making thermal transfer vinyl and he said he wants to make more hats. So I went back to find my old stuff and buy new hats. They are SIGNIFICANTLY smaller. He has to put them on for the very last click. I'd say "he's grown a head," but his old hat fits just as it did the day he first put it on a few years ago. Not sure why it changed. But if there was an S/M or M/L option for the order, that would certainly help if they tried to do the "one size" option.
