They're much easier to fix than black ones, but they don't shine very well. They do glow, but I had to place them under a super bright 300 watt LED construction side light - that's what I needed to get them bright enough to start at night and then recover. I think for the price it's better to just use bright red or bright blue in an earthy environment, these two colors stand out against the green. In terms of usability, they work great. Just like the black rubbers, accuracy is decent, there are plenty of rebounds. They hit hard. But the glow-in-the-dark thing was kind of a trick.
