Gorilla sleeve if your size fits your chest and stomach.
I sized according to the recommendations that fit my bust and waist and it seemed to fit, but then the sleeves ended up hanging down to my fingertips! It was terrible. (I'm 5ft 4cm, I'm about 153cm tall, I took XL judging by the reviews). I guess I should have tried the Large but I think it would be too tight at the bust and waist considering how the rest of XL fits.
