I'm updating this review because I need to continue. I contacted the company and they responded immediately. I was wrong, your product didn't damage my iPad. Apparently the iPad already has a splash screen and when I installed a new one bubbles appeared. They asked me to test it, which I did, which solved the original problem. I carefully followed the step-by-step guide to install the screensaver on my new iPad. When I placed the splash screen on my iPad, I noticed a round circle that I first thought was a bubble. When I couldn't remove it, I saw that the screen was actually scratched in several places, leaving circles on the screen that, as far as I can tell, are permanent. I am devastated that my new device is damaged! I don't know what my performance is at the moment, but I'm not buying this product. A guarantee on him for savers will not help me either. I tried importing the screenshot above but still get an error message.
