I liked the thin ruffles and bottoms. They are called tights but are thick enough to be worn as leggings as well. They are soft, comfortable and very stylish, unlike regular leggings.
- Durable and attractive for my 2 year old granddaughter, I would recommend this company's tights.
- The legless design may not be practical in colder climates.
