Great hat for kids who don't wear masks. I bought for my 4 year old. Her head circumference is just over 19 inches, so I bought the 19.68 inch size (the largest size available for this print). Sits perfectly, almost tight, everything will be fine. I ended up ordering her a second one in the largest size with a different print and bought it for my 2 year old too. There is a strap for tightening the girth at the back, as well as a chin strap, so I suggest just going for the biggest and biggest. Pull up for younger children. I took a closer look and chose this hat because I like prints. I let my daughter choose it because I think that if she decides to wear it, she will most likely wear it.
