PROS: thin and not bulky, easy to breathe, comfortable (not individually wrapped), large coverage, rather discreet CONS: not for moderate to severe leaks, not for boxing Package ( because they are not packed). These are great thin nursing pads to use after your milk production is up and running. I don't have too many leaks during the day and I hate the feel of some bulky disposable or cotton nursing pads. They're also quite discreet, unless you're wearing a fitted knit top and an unpadded bra, in which case you can see the outlines. I have fairly large boobs and they cover most of the area which makes me feel more confident if they move a little in my bra. However, I never use sticky pads on other brands, so the fact that they don't have them doesn't bother me. The fact that they are not individually wrapped is both a plus and a minus for me. I like having some of the individually wrapped items handy to keep in my purse or diaper bag, but I hate unwrapping those damn things all the time.
