I have had Clic Glas for many years - from the first sale. Maybe a decade or two ago. I don't remember exactly. I recently got a new pair that wasn't exactly perfect (I know that from my long experience with them). However, I didn't want to return them due to such a small issue as I didn't want to ship them and didn't want to use them in the returns process. In the end I called support anyway, gave my name when someone answered and described the problem in 5 words. Before I could even explain that I wanted a return, "Neil" IMMEDIATELY SAID THAT WOULD SEND ME A NEW PAIR WITH A (FREE) TAG TO SEND THE OLD PAIR BACK. I didn't have to give him any further information - he already had my address, increase etc. in his hand, simply because he knew my name. He understood immediately that I didn't want to give up my old pair in anticipation of a replacement. In other words, he answered all my questions even if I didn't ask them. BTW, when I said "immediately," he was telling me how he would reflexively solve my problem, so somehow (against the laws of our physics) it seemed even quicker than instant. He told me what he was going to do within maybe 10-15 seconds of answering my call (without my first five words and my name). It was an otherworldly experience. Or, to land a bit, Neil (the Reading Glass World voice I spoke to) is the Shakespeare of customer service (I got my new glasses yesterday. Fast, of course. They were spotless).
