The best kettle I've ever bought! I often drink tea throughout the day. I was a little worried about the glass, but it's very important! The handle is very durable and easy to carry and pour. The spout has a small strainer to prevent splashing. Bright blue LEDs indicate when things are getting hot. You can still see through the glass while it cooks. There is enough space between the handles in the pot to avoid burning your hands. Resetting the base is very simple. I always kept it at arm's length from my desk. In between, I just pour water per glass of water. I have dry boiled many teapots! I've messed around and ruined pipes, even boiled and ruined standard pots of boiling water. The price of this kettle is about the same as many others in discount stores but I expect it to last longer than any other kettle I've had. I've been using it for a few months now and have been telling my friends and neighbors I'm so thrilled with it! No more broken pots! Very easy to use. Boils enough water for several cups of tea or hot chocolate. That's why I stay hydrated. This was especially helpful when I broke my leg. I could fill it up and put it on a stand once a day and have enough water for instant oatmeal and hot tea for breakfast and tea all day. When the water was cold, I used it to take medication or just for a sip of water. I just can't say enough about this product!
