They do not have 1/16" divisions -- just 1/8". I guess Chinese inches don't have 1/16's. Received 2 each, in white, lite yellow, and lite blue colors.As another reviewer said, the 1st inch on either end is less than one inch long, which is ridiculous. The one I measured is 15/16". However, I usually don't trust the end of any ruler; I typically measure from 10 to 21 to get 11", so I can work with that. Anyway, I'm keeping them. At least I know I'll be able to find one now, after I have 6 spread around the house/car/boat/etc.Each rule is in a handy-looking cylindrical, lucite box, which could be the best part of the purchase.Acceptable to me, at a buck each, but I can't go above 1 star when something isn't as pictured.If you want a better quality, more accurate rule, get this one: Dritz(R) Lifetime Tape Measure - 5/8'x60' White
