Beyond is disappointed with this purchase. I happily bought this for my husband for Christmas as we recently renovated our outdoor living space. We then tried using it outside this spring as we live in New York and I wasn't planning on testing it in winter storms/cold and it doesn't stay connected. It disconnects in the first song and then reconnects; as a result, it is impossible to hear a single song without a few seconds of broken silence. We are tech savvy people and this has nothing to do with Wi-Fi or the phone you are using. When I contacted Revain they were unable to help me as the monthly return rate was higher despite my clarification that it was not winter tested. Also, when trying to contact the company directly, I was told an error every time I tried to send an email. Try to replace this ASAP if anyone has any recommendations other than this brand.
