Big and fluffy! to my rating.
Suitable for my 2 year old who can usually wear a 3 or 4 tone skirt.
I liked that it was fluffy! Def wears shorts underneath. Seemed comfortable and I think it can be worn for another year!
Pros
- Super sweet! It doesn't itch at all and my daughter wears it comfortably all day.
Cons
- May cause discomfort or itching on sensitive skin
