This is the bikini top only. The bottom is sold separately. This same color / fabric is also offered in a couple of one-piece options. Though the shoulder straps have D-Rings, I do not see a way to adjust them. There is a buckle in the back, which can be adjusted. This top is fully lined in light orange. The cups are padded and the padding can be removed. I call this color sort of a "creamsicle” color. The outside is 92% polyester and 8% spandex. The lining is 90% polyester and 10% spandex. This cable knit fabric is not very soft, and is indeed a bit "rough” and "scratchy”. Made in Vietnam.
