I like how easy it can be for our team members who are not as tech savvy with computers or have limited time/resources available to learn new tools quickly! It's also super helpful that there is so much training material out-of-the box which has been great in getting everyone up & running right away - no waiting weeks before you get started! The ability to set custom fields within each post allows us to track additional data points beyond what we've already included (i.e., when someone posts about their experience using a specific product).
We're able to use this feature frequently throughout various campaigns to help measure success across channels (website vs email) and products used during customer interactions.
