UPDATE: The shop owners have contacted me and have done everything possible to ensure satisfaction! Thanks for the great experience and problem solving! I've been ordering the same hair for the last year or so and have been SO happy. With my last order (August 28, 2019) I styled my hair as usual. I can usually hold the hair for 6-8 weeks before it needs to be removed and re-glued without a single strand falling out. I've already lost 6 pieces! I want someone to ask me about it! Like I said, I'm usually always this impressed, so it might just be a bad batch, but I'd love to fix this issue. Thank you!
