Lower Back Pain Gone!

I've only had this knee pillow for a few days and figured why not try it, other products haven't worked. It's fairly cheap, so not much is lost if it isn't. I run, bike and swim so my back hurts a lot and I have trouble sleeping on my side which is my preferred position. So far this is definitely an improvement! We sleep peacefully and without pain. It's weird to think a knee pad can do that. The strap is an added bonus because it helps stay in place. I recommend trying it.
