the chair seems quite sturdy and reasonably comfortable but a couple of big issues with the contents of the chair assembly.1. The height adjustment knob of the chair broke into 3 pieces right after unpacking.2. The "chromed" plastic cover that was supposed to cover the connection between the metal wheelbase and the air cylinder that supports the chair broke into 5 pieces and was very, very flimsy and flimsy.3. The supplied bolts/screws were not sufficient. There were only 4 bolts/screws in the packaging intended to connect the armrests to the chair base, but the instructions and number of holes are 3 bolts/screws on each side for a total of 6. Even with the " extra" screw/screw they give you in this size is not enough yet, 1.4 is missing. The bolts/screws "cut" easily and when tightened (a turn or two by hand) they made this odd grinding noise which definitely doesn't indicate high quality. 0/10 I would not buy again.
