The color shimmers on the top
Beautiful dress. Fits great. Daughter loves this. Followed the washing instructions (hand wash) which said the color might float in the water and the yellow actually spilled onto the lace. I'll see if the color disappears from the tip after washing again. Dries hard. Even though it's 100% cotton.
