I am an avid PC gamer and have spent many years playing morning games. Each time it turned into a terrible pain in the eyes that lasted for most of the next day. I bought them after hearing about blue light glasses. After playing FFXIV from 7am to 3am I had NO eye pain at all. I took them off and fiddled with my phone in zero brightness for a few minutes and started to feel the tension. Here is the difference between them. That my ultra-wide monitor with full brightness and colorful moving images wouldn't hurt me in HOURS, and without it Spotify would cause problems in MINUTES on a phone with zero brightness. They didn't noticeably change color either, they were pretty tight, I hardly noticed them. If I were to rate them less than 5 stars, it would be because they made me realize the harsh reality of the damage I must have caused over the years. Who knows how much eye damage I could have saved myself if I had had them a year ago? If you play video games a lot or spend many hours a day, do yourself a favor and buy them. They are absolutely worth every penny. Don't be like me and you could go blind or lose your eyesight prematurely.
