I liked the look but it was too big for me. I had to send it back. I have a very small wrist and was thrilled to see it possible to remove links. Never had to try this option. The tracker itself was about the width of my wrist and it sat high on my wrist so it still felt very large to me. I was hoping it would work but had to send it back.
