Review on Bissell Stain Eraser PowerBrush 2837 by Agonia Pedrosa

Unfortunately this machine is almost unusable. Its suction power is not only inefficient, it's practically non-existent. If it was just the lack of suction getting my carpet wet (which some of the other reviewers have complained about), I'd just take care of it because the carpet eventually air dries. But if you have pet urine on your carpet and you spray a cleaning solution on it and the machine doesn't pick up the liquid, you're just left with a soapy carpet! It's like washing your hair but not washing off the shampoo and then walking around with a dirty, soapy head. Pooh. You will see in the attached photos that I poured almost a full tank of cleaning fluid on the carpet, but it only sucked about an ounce or so into the dirty water tank. When I then tried to empty the vessel, he spattered me with urine! I can't wait to return it and get my over $119 back. Don't buy this.
