Review on YCCTEAM Wired Controller for Xbox One - Dual Vibration, Headset Jack, Trigger Buttons - Black by Rich Ferguson

I bought a black controller and it works great for gaming. I plugged my headphones into the controller to talk to my friends and no one heard me or it was very patchy. Then about 10 minutes later the controller restarted I believe and my headphone mic hit me in the face. This has never happened before, and since then the headphone jack hasn't worked at all. But other than that, the controller still works great.
