Can be good for cleaning lightly tarnished silver but not heavy tarnish.

After rubbing it on my large bowl of Revere that had been unpolished in my house for at least 10 years, it only buffed the highlights with less tarnishing. I went back to my old jar of Wright's Silver Polishing Cream (found in the back of a cupboard, completely dry and rehydrated with water) which improved immediately. I am now ordering 2 fresh glasses of Wright's Cream to really get the job done now and in the future.
