When I was younger (cough) I had a very adventurous life. Riding a lot, clinging to a metal bar for hours every day, and having many mountain bike accidents. I had tendinitis in both elbows (golfer in one elbow, tennis player in the other elbow. Lol. I've never played both sports) and almost six years after I started it became unbearable. I asked for help a while ago but was misdiagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome. I didn't have the surgery on her because I just *knew* that that wasn't the problem, even though I'm not a doctor. Instead, I opted for these braces. They worked INSTANTLY. I wear them tight but not tight enough to cut off circulation. They immediately changed the situation. When I work without them, the pain and tingling return. just ask the cat I dropped it once because when I picked it up, an electric shock went through my hand and my hand just got loose. Luckily she landed on her feet. Poor cat! My non-medical and entirely subjective advice (ask your doctor, of course) is to try everything you can before getting tendons cut for the carpal tunnel. This can't be the problem at all.
