Appearance: rectangular pillow! This one is hard but soft. It looks very high quality as all the stitching is very well finished and I haven't seen any extra threads sticking out anywhere. inflate before you use it. I fitted one of those pillow protectors that keep liquids from being absorbed into the foam. Thoughts: I'm still a big fan of this pillow. It was nice to sleep on and very supportive (I sleep on my back). I can't comment on the durability of this pillow, so I'll update the review if anything goes wrong or if this pillow loses quality or fluffiness over time. Overall: a good pillow - firm and soft!
