Definitely easier to put on and take off which makes it easier to wear. paste back in to connect to the other, so I suggest trying one of the other ones you removed and using that stem for complex stems you don't address. I thought I lost the cap but luckily when I found it in my car lol it's definitely easy to remove if it gets caught on something. Very nice for the price
