I can see a big difference between building custom integration with Salesforce versus using an off-the-shelf third party provider like HotGlue. The tool is easy to use and makes it simple for our sales reps to connect up their accounts via Zapier or Flow. There's nothing that we dislike about this product yet! We're currently testing out some features of the platform but have not encountered anything so far. Our main goal was having one place where all the customer information could be accessed by multiple teams within the organization (Sales, Support, Marketing). This has helped us streamline processes as well as improve upon visibility into account activity from anywhere around the world.
