I love Choice Hotels pillow and was hoping it would be the same but unfortunately it isn't. The pillow comes compressed and the instructions say you have to wait 48 hours for it to recover. I did that too and fluffed the dryer, but it's still not as full as the hotel's "soft" pillow. He was so skinny and without support. I think if it had 25% more filling it could be compared to hotel pillows but it still feels different. Although I can't find the materials I'm allergic to on the label (cotton outside, polyester inside), I also suffered from sinus/allergy headaches every morning waking up with this pillow. My nose was stuffy and my eyes were itchy/watery. I went back to my regular pillow and the headache and other symptoms went away. Very strange - I've never experienced that with a pillow. This is not a premium $55 pillow. Unfortunately I am returning.
