I ran out of the included flex tape, better use your own anyway, it was a cheap flex tape. Installation was easy, you need a wrench which is not included (just a note). The only issue I would be interested in is the mounting block that doesn't fit the mini shower head. The miniature shower head can easily sit on top of my shower stall, so I don't see this as a major issue. I'm just glad to have a better shower head, although others will be upset about it. I bought this because there were no bad reviews and these people said the small shower head is fine. I don't have a problem with it, but someone else might have it, so I thought I'd put it in here. I'm not sure about the suction power either, there weren't any suction cups or anything like that. The water pressure is excellent and you can use both shower heads at the same time.
