Review on 🌟 Casio 10412702 Genuine Pathfinder Replacement: Unmatched Quality and Durability! by Mark Kolipano

A bit stiff: watch straps

Pros: Fits easily on the original PRW-3500 series strap Cons: Very hard. Can be a bit uncomfortable to wear. Not sure if it gets less stiff as it wears out. Also, it's a PitA that fits, but that's a design flaw on Casio's part, not the replacement band itself. The band is held in place with a locking bolt that goes through the gasket and is held in place by a screw, just like a pan head screw. You will need at least two precision flathead screwdrivers (like those used for eyeglasses/watches), needle nose pliers, a paper clip, and a clip to hold the watch in place while you work. Loosen the screws on both sides until one screw comes out, use pliers to pry out the other half, and then use a paper clip to pry out the spacer so you can remove the belt. To install a new belt, slide the gasket into place, then insert the screw from one side, then insert the screw from the other side.

Pros
  • Suitable for models: PRG260-1, PRG550-1A1, PRW3500-1
Cons
  • Makes me nervous
