I love this product. It is of good quality and holds up as it should. When the package arrived in the morning the box itself was in excellent condition but when I opened it the transparent lid was broken. Because of this, I can't turn on the blender. This is my second blender. Models do the same because they are excellent mixers. I just want to replace the lid not the whole thing but Amazon doesn't give me that option and being disabled it would be difficult for me to repackage this heavy item and ship it to USP for a return or exchange. I am very disappointed that the lid is broken. Now I'm confused about an item I've spent a lot of money on and can't use it because Amazon doesn't give me the option to just replace the lid.
