Wrong size ordered. Replacement delivered and great
Based on information from the shoe store, I ordered half a size smaller (they didn't have my size). As a result, after the return, I had to order my original intended size. The return was easy and the replacement was delivered quickly. The shoes are comfortable and just what I need.
Pros
- I have a very wide foot and they fit like a glove. Seriously, I live in New Balance trainers.
Cons
- May have a strong chemical odor when removed from packaging
