I complained directly to Ear Canz and they sent me the 808 Sport version. But very kind of you. Let's see how long these last. Plus, they're twice the size of the originals I've reviewed, thanks to a giant hook that attaches to the ear. I've already replaced the poorly performing 808 battery, so I'll test it now. At the moment it is a good after-sales solution, I hope the quality has improved. After seeing them recommended by Wired magazine, I bought two pairs. I had it for 2 1/2 months and to this day I thought it was one of the best buys ever. I wish I had read the reviews first as now they don't charge you. Does Revain ever read customer reviews? If yes why? Country, do you still offer this product?
